CONFERENCE CLUB AWARDS

MDRT AWARD
This award honors those exceptional agent(s) who earn membership to the industry recognized accomplishment. The award is based on $66,000 NAFYC (excluding trip credits).

LEGEND AWARD
​This award honors those agent(s) who earned Legend Level Conference Trip with a minimum of 25 new members and 60,000 issued production credit including trip credits (with a minimum of 40,000 in Life). Manager(s) earn this award with a minimum of two agents and a 12% growth over year-end 2021 production credit.

LEADER AWARD
This award honors those agent(s) who earned Leader Production Level with a minimum of 25 new members and 35,000 issued production credit including trip credits (with a minimum of 23,000 in Life). 

ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS

Life Leader Award
This award is presented to agent(s) producing a minimum of 100 net issued new life (only) applications.

Membership Award
This award is presented to the agent with the most net issued new members (minimum of 50).

Rookie of the Year
This award is presented to a new agent with two years or less of insurance industry experience. It can only be won once and the agent must qualify for Conference Trip.

Top Life Producer
This award is presented to the agent who produced the most net issued life (only) commissions.

Vision Award
This award recognizes the agent who best exemplifies the concept of fraternalism and philosophy of BetterLife. The award is based on member growth and satisfaction, teamwork, continuing education, and fraternalism.

AGENT AND AGENCY OF THE YEAR AWARDS

Agent of the Year
The Agent of the Year is one of the highest honors in an agent's career. This award is presented to the agent with the highest amount of production credits* (excludes trip credit) for the year. (Agent does not have to qualify for Conference Trip).

Agency of the Year
The Agency of the Year Award is one of the highest honors agents and managers can work toward because it recognizes individual performance and team effort. This award recognizes the agency with the highest amount of production credit* (excludes trip credit) for the year. (Manager does not have to qualify for Conference Trip).

Independent Agency of the Year
Independent Agency of the Year is an award given to one of our high performing independent agencies by looking at a combination of the agency’s premium written, quality of business, and being a yearlong champion of our fraternal message.
